Free WhatsApp & AI Agent Tools

WhatsApp marketing, template checking, AI scripts, and ROI calculators — all free, no signup required.

Every one of these does a job that comes up while setting up WhatsApp for a business: turning a poster into a chat, getting a phone number into the format the API accepts, working out what a broadcast will actually cost before you send it. They run in your browser, they do not ask for an account, and they are grouped below by the stage of the work they belong to.

Stage 01

Start the conversation

The mechanical bits of getting someone from wherever they are — a poster, a bio link, a printed menu, an invoice — into a WhatsApp chat with you, with the first message already written so they do not have to think of one.

Stage 02

Check before you send

Three checks that save days. Personalization is where bulk sends embarrass you — a template that reads perfectly can still deliver "Hi {{name}}" to a real customer, so preview the rendered messages first. Number formatting is the quiet reason sends fail, since WhatsApp needs a country code and no local prefixes. And template review is a policy check rather than an editing pass, where each rejection costs another Meta review cycle.

Stage 03

Work out what it costs

The WhatsApp Business Platform bills per delivered message, and the rate depends on the message category and the recipient’s country. That is why budgets built on a per-message estimate come out wrong. These two calculators work in the same units Meta actually charges in.

Stage 04

Model the return

Projections, not promises. You supply list size, open rate, conversion rate and order value; the calculator does the arithmetic and shows what those assumptions imply. Change one input and the answer moves — which is the point. Use them to sanity-check a plan, not as a forecast of what will happen.

Stage 05

Write the script

A starting script for an AI phone agent in your line of business: how it greets, what it asks, when it books, and when it should stop and hand the call to a person. Rewrite it in your own voice before it goes anywhere near a real customer.

Together

How to use them together

A typical first WhatsApp campaign runs through five of these tools in sequence. Start with the cost calculators, because the budget decides the size of the list you can afford to message and whether the campaign is worth running at all. Per-message pricing varies by country and category, and that is the number most plans get wrong.

Then check the message itself. Run the template past the checker before submitting it to Meta — rejections are slow and mostly avoidable — and validate the number formatting in your contact list, since a file full of numbers missing country codes fails quietly rather than loudly.

Finally, give people a way in. A click-to-chat link in your bio and ads, a QR code on anything printed, and formatting that makes a long message readable on a phone screen. If any of the terms here are unfamiliar, the glossary defines them and the how-to guides walk through the full setup.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are these tools really free?

Yes, and none of them require an account. They run in the browser, they do not ask for a card, and there is no message quota attached. They exist because the calculations and checks behind them are ones every business doing WhatsApp messaging has to do anyway.

How accurate are the ROI calculators?

They are exactly as accurate as the numbers you type into them. Each one is a transparent model: your list size, open rate, conversion rate and average order value, multiplied out. They are not predictions and they are not based on measured Reputoo customer results — treat the output as the arithmetic implication of your own assumptions, and try a pessimistic set alongside an optimistic one.

Why does the WhatsApp cost calculator ask for a country?

Because Meta prices each delivered message by the recipient’s country and by message category, and the difference between markets is large. A campaign that is inexpensive to send in one country can cost several times as much in another, which is why a single per-message figure will not give you a usable budget.

Will the template checker guarantee Meta approves my template?

No. It catches the common, mechanical reasons templates get rejected — promotional wording in a utility category, missing or malformed variables, formatting problems. Meta reviews templates against its own current policy and has the final word, so treat the checker as a first pass that removes the avoidable rejections.

Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account to use these?

Not for any of them. Link generation, QR codes, formatting and the calculators all work whether you are on the free WhatsApp Business app or nowhere yet. The number and template checkers are most useful when you are preparing to move onto the WhatsApp Business Platform.
