“Send me your UPI ID”
Every sale ends with someone typing an ID, then waiting.
Your AI agent, voice agent and booking bot send a payment link the moment a customer says yes. They pay by UPI, card or net banking, and the receipt, the invoice and the booking take care of themselves.

How most businesses still get paid on WhatsApp
Every sale ends with someone typing an ID, then waiting.
Payments arrive as images, and someone checks each one against the bank app.
The slot is held, the customer goes quiet, and nobody follows up.
Receipts and GST invoices are made later, if at all.
Try it
A customer books a cleaning and gets an advance link in the same chat. Pay it, and watch the booking, the receipt and the invoice happen.
Hi, can I book a teeth cleaning this Saturday?
Yes! Saturday 10:30 AM is free. Shall I book it for you?
Yes please
Your cleaning is booked for Sat, 10:30 AM. Please pay the ₹500 advance to confirm your slot.
You are the customer. Tap “Pay ₹500”.
No screenshot to check, no slot to confirm by hand, no invoice to type later.
Who asks for the money
At 2 PM or 2 AM, on a chat or on a phone call.
For bookings
No more no-shows on a free slot, and no awkward ask for the rest at the counter.
A fixed amount or a percentage of the service price, paid by link before the slot is confirmed.
See which advances are paid and which are pending on the Deposits page, and mark a cash payment as paid yourself.
Mark the booking completed and the invoice is made. Switch it on, and a link for the balance, the total less the advance, goes out on WhatsApp.
When the payment lands
When it does not
A WhatsApp message five minutes later helps them try again. If they pay in the meantime, it is never sent.
The slot is released after 24 hours, or 60 minutes for a phone booking, and the customer is told how to book again.
Reminders a day before it is due, then three and seven days late. A customer can reply “Dispute” instead.
When you refund in Razorpay, the customer is told on WhatsApp.
Stop chasing payments on WhatsApp.

Invoices
Set a GST rate on each service once. Every payment then gets the right invoice: CGST and SGST, or IGST, with HSN or SAC codes. No GSTIN? It sends a clean receipt instead.

Your money
Bookings, advances, voice-agent links and store orders are paid into your own Razorpay account. Reputoo never holds the money.
A payment counts only when Razorpay sends its signed message. A forged or unsigned one is rejected.
Links carry the amount from your own catalogue. The AI chooses what to sell, never what it costs.
Who uses it
Consultation fees and procedure advances before the appointment, with a receipt the patient can keep.
An advance that stops no-shows, and the balance after the service.
Fees for a batch or a month of classes, paid from the chat where the parent asked.
A deposit for a site visit, booked by the voice agent on the first call.
Repairs, cleaning and installations: advance to confirm the visit, balance when the job is done.
