The problem we couldn’t ignore
In 2023, our founder was helping a dental clinic in Pune with their digital marketing. The clinic had excellent patient outcomes and genuinely great service, but its Google rating sat well below a competitor whose patients were visibly less happy.
The difference? The competitor had systematically collected reviews for years. Our client hadn't asked a single patient to leave a review.
A simple WhatsApp automation was built to ask satisfied patients for reviews, and within weeks the clinic's rating and the enquiries it brought in from Google Maps started to climb.
That was the founding insight of Reputoo: small businesses lose to whoever answers first. Today the product is broader than where it began — WhatsApp marketing, AI agents that answer on chat and on calls, and commerce automation — but the idea is the same. Businesses without a marketing team should not lose the customer who reached out.
