Getting Started

What is Reputoo and how does it work?
Reputoo is a SaaS platform that helps businesses grow through WhatsApp marketing and Google review collection. You connect your WhatsApp Business Account (via Meta's official API), upload your customer contacts, and send campaigns, sequences, and review requests — all from a single dashboard.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account to use Reputoo?
Yes. Reputoo is built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API (WABA), which gives you verified business messaging, message templates, and broadcast capabilities. We guide you through the full WABA setup and verification during onboarding — it typically takes 1–3 business days.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — we offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get access to all features including WhatsApp broadcasts, Smart Sequences, and Review Growth tools. After the trial, choose a plan that fits your business size.

WhatsApp Marketing

What is the difference between a broadcast and a sequence?
A broadcast is a one-time message sent to a list of contacts — perfect for promotions, announcements, or flash sales. A Smart Sequence is an automated multi-step workflow triggered by an event (e.g., purchase, signup, appointment) that sends messages over time. Sequences are ideal for onboarding, review collection, and re-engagement.
Do my customers need to opt in before I can message them?
Yes, absolutely. WhatsApp's policy (and applicable data protection laws) require explicit opt-in consent before sending marketing messages. You must collect this consent yourself — for example, via a web form, at point of sale, or in-app checkbox. Reputoo provides opt-in widgets and tools to help you collect and record consent. Messaging contacts without consent may result in account suspension.
What are message templates and do I need approval?
Message templates are pre-approved message formats required by Meta for outbound (business-initiated) WhatsApp messages. Templates must be approved by Meta before use — typically within a few hours. Reputoo has a built-in Template Manager that lets you create, submit, and track approval of your templates directly from the dashboard.

Review Growth

How does the review collection feature work?
You connect your Google Business Profile and set up a Review Sequence. When a customer completes a purchase or visit, Reputoo automatically sends them a WhatsApp message with a direct link to leave a Google review. Our customers see an average 10–15× increase in monthly review volume compared to email-only requests.
Can I filter who receives a review request?
Yes. Reputoo's Sentiment Filter lets you first send a quick satisfaction question (e.g., "How was your experience — 😊 or 😞?"). Only customers who respond positively are sent the Google review link. This protects your rating from unhappy customers and improves overall review quality.

Pricing & Billing

How is Reputoo priced?
Reputoo offers monthly and annual subscription plans based on the number of contacts and messages you send. All plans include access to core features. Annual plans come with a discount of up to 30%. Visit our Pricing page for current rates. In addition to the platform subscription, WhatsApp charges per-conversation fees based on message type and destination country.
Are there additional charges from WhatsApp/Meta?
Yes. Meta charges per-conversation fees for WhatsApp Business API messages. These are charged separately from your Reputoo subscription and vary by message category (marketing, utility, authentication) and the recipient's country. Reputoo transparently passes through these charges with no markup. You can view per-country rates in your dashboard.
What is your refund policy?
Annual subscriptions: we offer a refund of unused months if you cancel within 30 days of purchase. Monthly subscriptions: no refund for the current billing period, but you can cancel anytime and your access continues until the period ends. WhatsApp conversation charges are non-refundable once messages are delivered.

Integrations

What integrations does Reputoo support?
Reputoo integrates with Google Business Profile (for reviews), Meta WhatsApp Business API, popular e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce), CRM tools via Zapier and webhooks, and payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe). Our API allows you to trigger messages and sequences from any custom system.

Security & Privacy

Is my customer data safe with Reputoo?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Reputoo is hosted on SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure. We never sell or share your customer data with third parties. You remain the data controller; Reputoo acts as your data processor. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and DPA.
Is Reputoo GDPR compliant?
Yes. Reputoo complies with GDPR for EU/EEA customers, India's Information Technology Act, and other applicable data protection laws. By accepting our Terms of Service, you enter into our Data Processing Agreement (DPA). You can request data deletion, data export, or a copy of our DPA at any time by emailing privacy@reputoo.com.
