Completed calls send the written record
After a call, the confirmation goes out in writing — appointment time, address, what was agreed. Details agreed verbally get forgotten; a WhatsApp confirmation is the artefact.
One contact record across both channels
The call and the chat attach to the same contact, so an agent picking up the thread sees that the customer phoned yesterday.
The agent can book on the call itself
