SEO X-Ray: on-page SEO of any page, in one click

Open a page, click the icon, and see its title, meta tags, robots, canonical, headings, images, links and structured data — read straight from the live page.

No account, no setup and no data sent anywhere. Every check is marked as an error, a warning, a note or a pass, with a plain reason, and none of them pretends to be a Google ranking rule.

Headings

The real heading structure, not a guess

Headings are listed by level and as a full outline in page order, so a skipped level or a duplicated section title is visible at a glance. Hidden headings are counted too, because a crawler reads them.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is SEO X-Ray free?

Yes. Every check described on this page is free, with no account and no usage limit.

Does it collect my browsing data?

No. The extension reads the page you are on only when you click its icon, analyses it inside your browser, and sends nothing anywhere. The full privacy policy is linked below.

Why does it not show status codes, redirects or robots.txt?

Those live in HTTP responses and separate files, not in the page itself. This version reads only the page, so it says so instead of guessing.

Are the warnings Google ranking rules?

No. Length limits are shown as "may be truncated", multiple H1s as structural guidance, and meta keywords are labelled as not used by Google for ranking. The extension reports what is on the page and leaves the judgement to you.

Which browsers does it work in?

Google Chrome, version 102 or later.
